"To have passion, to have a dream, to have a purpose in life.
And there are three components to that purpose, one is to find out who you really are, to discover God.
The second is to serve other human beings, because we are here to do that
and the third is to express your unique talents.
And when you are expressing your unique talents you lose track of time."

Howdy, and Merry Christmas!

This is my first attempt at blogging, so I thought I'd just start by introducin' myself and let ya'll know a little about me.

I'm Catherine, and I live in the Port Townsend area of the beautiful Pacific NW, out on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. It's gorgeous here. It rains alot, true, but that's what keeps it so green and lush year round. I am surrounded by forests and water and mountains everywhere I look. It's a pretty inspiring place to live, especially for the many many artists that live in this area.

I'm better known as "RanchLady" on Zazzle, where I spend alot of my free time creating and uploading my graphic designs onto lots of different gift items I have available for sale there. My Zazzle store is called "Thank God I'm a Country Girl!" and you can find it on the web at: www.zazzle.com/RanchLady*
I do tshirts, sweatshirts, mousepads, keychains, bumper stickers, business cards, inspirational wallet cards, posters, greeting cards, .... golly... all kinds of great stuff. I'm a self taught vector graphics design and layout artist, and I have been painting, drawing and sketching since I was a little girl.

I've spent alot of time this holiday season creating lots of new designs for my Christmas Collection so it's packed full of new stuff.

My Country Western business cards are big sellers, as are my calendars and my inspirational wallet cards and mousepads with bible verses on them. Oh! And lately, Zazzle has just released new three ring binders, and they are really going over well! We, as the artistic contributors at Zazzle, get to design all kinds of cool covers for the front and back and spine of these binders, turning them into cover books that can be used as photo albums, cookbook covers, journals, all kinds of great stuff! (I'll see if I can get a photo up to show ya a sample.)

I hope you have a chance to check out my store soon, and thanks for dropping in and reading my blog!

More soon...

Merry Christmas!
